With spring in the air (even though its chilly out) I wanted to start buying new scents to add to my collection (huge perfume whore lol)...when it comes to buying scents I always have a hard time deciding which one to buy first; its so many scents out on the market it can be overwhelming at times lol...when I think I have a good solid group of scents I want, here comes a new scent out lol...me being the list maker that I am have a laundry list of scents I've been stalking...Chloe was the first scent I purchase and I love it, its perfect for now and summer-the notes consist of Pink Peony, Freesia, Lychee, Magnolia Flower, Lilly of the Valley, Rose, Cedarwood, Amber, Honey
At first I was just going to buy the bottle but decided to get the whole set so I can layer it...I love how the bottles look on my dresser (a sucker for packaging) especially the ribbon detail on the fragrance bottle...I already have m eye on two other scents that I want now lol sick I know! what scents hav you guys been loving?!
I am loving the trend for bold and bright lipsticks for spring/summer...every brand is launching all of their new hot colors and Revlon being one of them has colors that I have my heart set on...I need to own the two colors above, (primrose and coralberry) dont they just scream summer!?...I love that the focus is on the lips for summer and I plan on buying a slew of fun colors!

last night I went to go see "Limitless" staring the oh so handsome Bradley Copper and the Brilliant Robert Deniro! I really enjoyed the movie... I wish there was a pill like that that can make one rich and powerful...it is one of those movies that made you think what if?
why is Bradley Cooper so hot!?
All last week I've been looking at Elizabeth Taylor specials; even before she died if a movie or a special about the violet eye beauty was on I couldn't help but to be hypotize to watch the silver screen goddess...I was inspired to do a makeup look of the raven hair Icon and looked at the some pictures of her to get a general idea of how she wore her makeup...Ms Taylor was know for having thick black defined brows and porcelain matte skin...Liz always wore a dark liner on the top lash line and sometimes on the bottom, her lids were pretty neutral and she had thick flirty lashes and a soft peach cheek; to top it all off she wore a strawberry/coral lip...Elizabeth was definitely a rare beauty and I don't claim to look like her! I hope you guys enjoy!!!!

As of late I have been doing inventory on my shoe collection and notice it's pretty sad...I've been doing some spring cleaning and got rid of a lot of shoes I don't wear any more...I have a list ( I'm a HUGE list maker freak) of different styles of shoes that would like to have for spring/summer and one of them being boat shoes...I remember when I was a young gal I had a pair and they were so versatile as well as comfy...I can so see boat shoes now going well with my wardrobe for the warmer days approaching...
I have my eyes on the brand Sperry (know for boat shoes) Sperry boat shoes retails between $70.00 to $85.00, which I think is pretty reasonable for a quality shoe...but for someone who may just want to try the style or just don't want to dish out $80.00 bucks there is a alternative...Payless! payless has their own version of the traditional boat shoe and I think they look sooo adorable, they retail for $26.99 (not bad)... I plan on buying a pair and I will let you guys know how they work out!

Baby I'm back...I finally got my acrylic overlays back on my nails...I don't know what it is but I just love this look on my nails...at first I was going to get a coral color but decided to go dark...when I become indecisive on which color to chose I always lead towards a black polish...I did have my mind set on getting my nails polish in "My private jet" by OPI but my mom has it so I decided to go with Sally Hansen polish in "Midnight in NY"...its a black with shimmers...
